Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between You (the participant of the Masterclass, referred to as “You” or “Participant”) and

Mind Manual, including its affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, owners, and assigns (collectively referred to as “Mind Manual”). By enrolling in the Masterclass, You agree to the following terms:

1. Free Masterclass

The Masterclass is offered free of charge. No payment is required for participation, and registering grants You access to the live session and any materials provided during the event.

2. No Guarantees

Mind Manual makes no guarantees or promises regarding specific outcomes, results, or improvements in your coaching business or personal development as a result of participating in the Masterclass. You acknowledge that success in coaching, as in any business, depends on a variety of factors and You are not entering into this Agreement based on any representation or guarantee of results.

3. Term

This Agreement is effective as of the date You register for the Masterclass and shall remain in effect for the duration of the Masterclass and any ongoing communications or services provided thereafter, unless You choose to opt out of further communications. Any additional services beyond the original Masterclass may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided during the Masterclass remain the exclusive property of Mind Manual. You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute any materials from the Masterclass without prior written consent from Mind Manual.

5. Contact and Ongoing Communications

By enrolling in the Masterclass, You consent to receiving communications from Mind Manual related to your participation, including updates, reminders, and offers for additional products or services. These communications may be sent via email, SMS, or other methods and may include automated messaging. Additionally, You consent to continued communications after the Masterclass for future offers, events, or resources related to your coaching journey. You may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mind Manual, its employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your participation in the Masterclass, including actions You may take as a result of the content or information provided during the event.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mind Manual’s liability to You for any claim related to the Masterclass is limited to the extent of providing the free service. Mind Manual shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages in connection with your participation.

8. Force Majeure

Neither Party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events.

9. Your Representations

By participating in the Masterclass, You represent that You are registering for personal or professional development purposes and that no legal or contractual limitations prevent your participation.

10. Modifications to the Masterclass

Mind Manual reserves the right to modify or cancel the Masterclass at any time for any reason. In the event of a cancellation, Mind Manual may offer alternative arrangements at its discretion.

11. No Agency

You acknowledge that your participation in the Masterclass does not create any form of partnership, employment, or agency relationship with Mind Manual. You may not represent yourself as an agent or employee of Mind Manual.

12. Waiver of Class Action

You agree to waive any right to bring or participate in any class action lawsuits against Mind Manual related to the Masterclass.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Mind Manual.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with any additional terms referenced at the time of registration, constitute the entire agreement between You and Mind Manual concerning the Masterclass and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

By registering for the Masterclass, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
